This person must have a passion for Jesus Christ and and leading others into a relationship with him/her. He/she must be enthusiastically focused on New Life’s mission to make disciples who make disciple makers who start churches that start churches. He/she is a proven team player who possesses a positive attitude, interpersonal skills required to attract and disciple artist, and can excel in a fast-paced and energetic team environment. Strong vocal skills a must. Instrumental or technical abilities optional.
