-Microsoft Office Products
-Video Conferencing Teams and other Video Conferencing Software

-Minimal Equipment Setup
-Ensure Video conference equipment is operational
-Configuration Troubleshooting
-Run Connectivity Checks/ Audio Volume Check

-Excellent Communication Skills Verbal and Written
-Customer Service Super Star
-Ability to Multi Task
-Must be organized
-Creative Problem Solver
