Sr. Recruiter – $100K-$110K – Remote

Our client, a healthcare consulting firm, is seeking a permanent Sr. Recruiter to lead their recruiting efforts!

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably with experience in government contracting.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, reporting, and compliance laws and regulations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite required; experience with iCIMS required.

The Job:

  • Full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Recruit for a variety of roles from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
  • Conduct niche sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and utilizing Boolean searches.
  • Prepare and review recruiting/hiring compliance reports.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to streamline hiring processes.
  • Ability to work 100% remote.
