In phase 1 of this project, you will update Business Tax Deductions to 2025 and Beyond, a book written by W. Murray Bradford, CPA, for small business owners and the tax professionals who serve them.
In this update, you will upgrade the more than 1,000 endnote references to clickable links and ensure that the citations are up-to-date.
For this project, we provide you with access to our Thomson Reuters comprehensive tax research service (Checkpoint, including PPC, Catalyst, WG&L, and more).
At the end of phase 1, you will have a good working knowledge of the tax law that’s contained in this tax course–and you will now be equipped (phase 2) to answer email questions from customers who own the course.
For phases 1 and 2, we are looking for an effort of 10 to 15 hours per week for a period of about six months. You may work from anywhere. The work is remote.
Depending on your experience and abilities, we expect to pay between $40 and $75 an hour. The work is a “work for hire” paid to you as a 1099 independent contractor.
