Punch-Out Technician

-Manages and performs duties necessary for the completion of quality new construction home repairs within standards set by company and industry specifications

-Completes “punch out” activities for new construction homes to include minor painting, drywall repair, light carpentry, basic labor, etc.

-Assists Constructuion Manager in monitoring subcontractor’s performance

-Participates in site and individual home & unit inspections

-Assists with completion of warranty requests

-Assists in maintaining company standards & quality

-Maintains professional communication with all staff

-Maintains cleanliness of job site and individual units

-Promotes overall job safety

-Inspect/Validate workmanship and product quality to conform to company standards

-Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills Needed:

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

-Excellent communication skills both oral and written

-Ability to interact with buyers and stakeholders in a professional manner

-Construction and maintenance knowledge a plus, however, will train the right candidate

-Ability to operate hand and power tools

-Ability to complete hands-on work/labor
