Who/What Are We Looking For?
• Professional, residential plumbing service technicians
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs
• Promote products and services effectively and comfortably
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of plumbing service experience
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
• Team player
Core Competencies:
• Servicing, Diagnosing, Repairing, and Installing products such as: water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, and sump pumps
• Ability to perform work in accordance with best practices according to manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards
• Relating value of service and products as solutions to customers’ needs and wants
• Strong communication skills
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes
