Experienced, dependable and courteous maintenance mechanic needed to handle plumbing, electrical and hvac tickets for a 263-unit, 8 story mid-rise apartment building located near the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. You will also be expected to help with the turnovers. This is a full-time live-on position after an initial 90 day probationary period.
