You will conduct research, screen candidates and prepare online recruitment ads. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources, business or a related field and be familiar with employment law. You will also have excellent communication and networking skills to promote our brand and job opportunities. Responsibilities include managing our talent pool, from sourcing candidates through their recruitment and hiring. We want a recruiter who is analytical, organized and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure. Review resumes and online profiles of applicants to select the most qualified and relevant ones.
Add applicants to applicant tracking system (ATS) and schedule phone interviews.
Prepare candidate assessments, like personality tests and candidate references.
Schedule in-person interviews with the most qualified candidates and present them to hiring manager.
Review job descriptions to determine qualifications needed for each position.
Analyze applicant data in ATS to identify trends, like areas where the company is struggling to attract talent and those that perform well in the screening process.;.
