Coordinate with vendors, auto part suppliers, and customers
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending improvements for customers’ vehicles
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Must have:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proficiency with vehicles and auto repair
– Experience using diagnostic code scanners
