Delivery Drivers Wanted $17.50 to $20 Per Hr

Silkway Express is looking for motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team of DELIVERY ASSOCIATES. Delivery associates operate safe and comfortable VAN to deliver Small to Medium sized packages to customers in our community.

General Responsibilities:

*Operate company provided VAN to drop off packages to residential and business locations
*Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
*Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
*Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers and general public while delivering products
*Return VAN and equipment to the delivery station at the end of the shift and ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled
*Perform DAILY PRE and POST trip inspections of the VAN

Basic Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license
Provide excellent Customer Service
Proof of Authorization to work in the United States
Consent to criminal background check, DMV check, and pre-employment drug screening
Ability to operate a delivery VAN, GVWR 10,000 lbs or less
Able to lift packages (50 lbs to 70 LBS)
Able to use smartphone and technology
Ability to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time
Full Time Schedule: Morning shift 10:40 AM-9 PM typically weekly work schedule. Overtime opportunists available!

Compensation and Benefits: $17.50 to $20 per hr.
