We are currently assisting a client who is in need of an experienced Call Center Agent who is able to represent their passion for quality customer service delivery. Not just any person will do. We are seeking someone who cares about serving others and providing a quality experience. A person who is resilient enough to handle tough interactions that may require patience and excellent problem solving skills. Could this be you?
This position would offer an attractive first shift schedule of 8a-6p. The ideal person would be able to serve as an example of excellence by:
Participating in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions offering key support to help you continuously achieve your goals
Understanding and striving to achieve key performance indicators needed to obtain personal and company goals and objectives
Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and fluid communication skills
Diligently Maintaining company database
Job Requirements
1 Year Call Center experience preferred
1 Year Customer Service experience a must
Excellent phone diction needed
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively complete 30-40 customer interactions per hour
