Job Description
Set up and breakdown of all equipment and furniture for banquet and meeting functions as specified in the event order.
Assist with the set up and decoration of buffet.
Exercise caution and use judgement when handling/working with hot plates, soup urns and hot beverages.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work Weekends and Holidays a must.
Previous experience a plus, but not required – we will train the right person
Ability to lift/carry heavy objects
