We have an exciting business plan to continue growth in both the auto repair and collision repair industries. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic group. We are looking to add a full time professional assistant/bookkeeper to our growing team immediately. The candidate will also be responsible for handling aspects of accounts payable, general accounting duties, data entry and marketing projects as designated. We’re looking for someone with experience handling these general accounting/marketing duties and needs to be an ethical, adaptable, organized and communicative individual.

Key Responsibilities include:

-Onboard new hires through ADP WorkforceNow software system
-Enroll employees in benefits in accordance with company timelines for eligibility
-Process biweekly payroll
-Export CCC, Protractor and TowBooks to Quickbooks daily
-Reconcile daily deposits and follow up on discrepancies
-Check in with Office Staff and follow up on unresolved Invoice issues and conduct continuing accounting training with the team
-Pay company taxes and licensing fees
-Work with CPA on tax planning and year end closing
-Prepare accurate financial statements
-Ensure timely bill payment and AR collection
-Track project budgets
-Reconcile Intercompany Balances
-Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Statements
-Update Projections and Tracking and KPI reports
-Pay first of the month Vendors and ensure timely monthly closing
-Review Profit Margin Overview Report with Sales Director

Education and Experience Requirement
-Degree in Accounting or Business a plus
-1 to 2 years of experience required
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, Tech Savvy
